This unique session is based on polyvagal and somatic theories, focusing on gentle movements, breathwork, and mindful practices to help you feel more grounded, relaxed, and resilient. It’s perfect for anyone looking to release tension, improve mobility, and enhance their overall well-being. No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open mind and a desire to move gently and with intention. Collection of both monetary donations and much-needed items like food, blankets, beds, and new toys for the shelter are welcomed. Plus, we’ll have a table set up after the event to receive additional donations on behalf of the shelter and learn more about mindful practices!
