    Event Description:
    The Scotland Memorial Library and the MidSandhills MAL Unit of the League of Women Voters of NC are cosponsoring voter education sessions for the public to learn about the NC election processes and procedures.  Dell Parker, Elections Director, Scotland County Board of Elections will be the guest speaker.  For those who cannot attend the August 22nd session a second session will be held on Friday, August 23, from noon to 1PM.

    Conference room, Scotland County Memorial Library, 312 W Church Street, Laurinburg, NC 28352.

    Thursday, August 22, 4:30 - 5:30PM and Friday, August 23, noon - 1PM.
